Treatment Process Quality Engineer
As an individual contributor, the TPQ Engineer will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing Key Performance Indicator (KPI) results on a regular basis, playing a key role in designing, implementing, and overseeing quality control processes to ensure the treatment plans consistently meet established standards. This role focuses on gaining insights through data analysis and supporting decision-making processes with accurate information.
The TQP Engineer will define corresponding action plans for identified KPI trends, using metrics to pinpoint improvement areas, focusing the team's attention, and establish effective tracking methods for initiatives.
This professional shall provide ideas and suggestions to improve the overall business, improve customer experience and/or systematically improve the quality of treatment plans. Be able to collaborate with Production, Clinical Hub, Clinical Services and Engineering teams when required.
This position is ideal for a professional with foundational experience in quality engineering who is looking to further develop their expertise and leadership skills.

Role expectations
· Assist higher levels (L6, L7, and L8) in performing non-technical and technical tasks from an internal customer perspective, typically collecting data, analyzing data, tracking/monitoring action plans, or other related tasks.
· Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and continuous improvement initiatives are maintained.
· Collect adequate data for analysis.
· Monitor and analyze the corresponding KPI behavior and trends.
· Report any KPI data inconsistency or unexpected behavior to the corresponding stakeholders in a timely manner.
· Generate KPI, manufacturability, and clinical outcome reports.
· Propose and support containment, corrective, and preventive actions.
· Monitor and verify action plans and improvement initiatives.
· Mentor L4.
· Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
· Complete assigned regulatory courses and be proficient in self-paced learnings for continuous education and growth.

Education: Bachelor’s degree Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.

Experience & Development:

2-4 years of direct related experience in data analysis, quality, engineering, continuous improvement, or in similar positions.
