Services Engagement and Retention Specialist
Align is the industry leader and innovator in medical devices which focuses on revolutionizing the dental and orthodontic industry. Align, the makers of Invisalign ® is looking for an iTero Services Retention Specialist. This exciting new role would be part of a culture that is helping to improve lives every day through digital dentistry. If you have a passion for customer relationships, predictive analytics, and driving business success, this is the role for you. The iTero Services Retention Specialist is responsible for protecting and growing service renewals, managing existing service business, retention and upselling iTero’s new service offerings to new and existing customers. Serves as an iTero Services ambassador, interacting with internal (mainly) and external stakeholders/ customers through various contact methods, including phone, email, and chat. Supports the Services Retention strategy by developing and maintaining positive customer relations in the context of the iTero Services offering, which can substantially affect service and/or product revenue. Demonstrates knowledge of the organization’s various products and subscription value proposition. n. Leverages predictive analytics and business intelligence solutions to anticipate customer needs, identify at-risk accounts, and recommend proactive measures to enhance retention and upsell opportunities. Collaborate with various departments, including local commercial teams, to deliver on the book of business and transform the services business into success in the respective region. Exercises decision-making authority to recommend the best solution according to the retention strategy. May participate in the development of the retention campaigns, deliver presentations, and suggest improvements.

In this role, you will…
- Proactively and reactively engage with internal and external customers on their renewal opportunities, scanner trade-in/upgrade, additional unit sales and other new service offerings (e.g. scanner rental, adoption programs and new SW) to communicate iTero Services value proposition
- Leverages the understanding of customers' account trends to recommend improved and complementary solutions that drives renewal, retention and upsell of iTero Service plans
- Work with Global Services Business Insights Manager and other data analytics teams to interpret and utilize installed base data to drive that information into sales motions
- Participates in establishing strong interlock with local commercial teams, Customer Care, Technical Support, and other internal stakeholders to provide a customer-facing solution while ensuring adherence to renewal policies
- Participates in establishing and nurturing partnerships with key stakeholders, including sales teams and external partners, to drive customer conversions.
- Provide customer insights from outside-in perspective (including customer feedback, market intelligence) to facilitate continual improvement of service value propositions
- Leverage internal systems, processes, and tools like SFDC, SAP and others to understand full customer profile

Achieve iTero service agreement renewal metrics, IB Retention metrics, and other key performance indicators
In this role, you’ll need …
- 2+ years of related experience or 5 years on customer support experience is required
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field is desired
- Proficiency in analytical tools, Microsoft suite, Salesforce.com and SAP are a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, and preferably at least 1 other local language
- Analytical skills to interpret data and make business-oriented recommendations
- Good understanding of post-sales services of medical equipment would be advantageous
