Integration Specialist - New York

As an Integration Specialist, you will drive implementation, integration and acceleration of Align’s digital platform in targeted Orthodontic accounts via in-office engagements. You will apply clinical expertise and comprehensive knowledge of orthodontic practice workflows to accelerate practice growth and improve efficiencies.  Primary areas of focus will be:
  • Integration and maximization of the iTero suite of systems and applications
  • Implementation of clinical and treatment planning workflows for Align products and services
  • Acceleration of the Align Doctor Subscription Program within select offices
You will build and leverage influential relationships with doctors and staff, providing customized practice insights and enablement strategies.  You will perform thorough customer “current state” assessments and create prioritized account-level goals and defined work paths to optimize integration and acceleration of Align’s digital orthodontic solutions.

Desired skills sets include, but are not limited to, strong needs-based discovery, clinical and business knowledge of orthodontic practices, proficiency in establishing training plans, effective communication skills to inspire and motivate account personnel and high accountability to mutually-agreed to goals and expectations.  In this role, you will augment and support the efforts of Align Orthodontic Territory Managers to enable and improve the digital adoption experience for key partnership accounts.

Role expectations

  • Guide Ortho customers through optimization of iTero workflow and increase utilization of patient education and conversion applications
  • Develop personalized plans for each customer based on their practice goals, identifying key performance indicators (KPIs), and tracking progress towards achieving desired outcomes.
  • Assist in integrating new product launches into office workflow.
  • Provide technical assistance on software usage, troubleshooting issues and guiding customers through any complexities they may encounter.
  • Foster positive relationships with entire practice teams within targeted practices. Build relationships with partners, utilizing a consultative and collaborative approach with the common goal inspiring our customers to modernize and grow their business.
  • Deliver Clinical Training and presentations to a variety of customer types as well as internal audiences, to maximize implementation, utilization and integration of products, assisting them in implementing digital technology and refining office processes.
  • Leverage all resources and successfully manage the integration of the iTero scanner and Invisalign processes and procedures with both Doctors and Staff of targeted accounts.
  • Strategically work with sales and commercial support functions to prioritize opportunities.
  • Work as a clinical mentor to internal partners and external partners regarding best demonstrated practices.
  • Stay active and engaged with orthodontic industry and related organizations to stay abreast of trends and changes in ortho practice that impact our business or customers.
  • Utilize data/analytics to help customer’s drive decision making
  • Orchestrate additional internal company resources to optimize the customer experience and provide ongoing promotion of Align /iTero solutions.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Clinical degree in dentistry (RDA, RDH, EF, CDA, etc.) and/or ortho office management experience preferred
  • 4+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in a related health industry (i.e. dental, orthodontic, practice etc.)  Strong interpersonal skills, adept at building and maintaining relationships with both internal and external customers.  Ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Organization skills, including time management, multi-tasking and attention to detail.
  • Communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • High customer-service standard
  • Troubleshooting ability, including research and reasoning and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid Driver’s license
Work Schedule / Hours:
  • Standard 40-hour work week
  • 40% travel
  • Some nights and weekends required based on in-market events

Pay Transparency

If provided, base salary or wage rate ranges are the range in which Align reasonably expects to set a candidate’s pay for the posted position. Actual placement depends on the individual skills and experience level of a candidate plus the total compensation and equity across team members. For other locations outside of the primary location, the base salary range will be adjusted geographically. 
 
For Field Sales roles, the salary listed is the base pay only and does not include the applicable incentive compensation plan. A cost of living adjustment may be added to base pay for higher cost areas in the U.S. 
 
Our internship hourly rates are a standard pay determined based on the position and your location, year in school, degree, and experience.
