iTero Clinical Trainer
The mission of Clinical Trainer for North Africa is to provide education and clinical customer support of the iTero Intraoral scanner and CAD/CAM services to customers. In this role you are responsible for developing customer loyalty through clinical and educational customer needs assessment, workflow optimization, product and procedural training, in-servicing, and required customer follow up. You play a key role in supporting education and knowledge transfer, in-practice as well as remote Scanner trainings to our customers, internal stakeholders, and 3rd party commercial organization. The process includes interaction and communication with all customer-facing functions to clarify all inquiries and development of medical education materials.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide virtual- and onsite training of iTero element IOS
- Participate in trade fairs, congresses and events to represent iTero and SCCS overall
- Provide support and education to customers in the areas of IOS, iTero, IOC, OrthoCAD and trouble-shoot if needed any of these software/hardware in their different interactions with IDS or ClinCheck software
- Assist with review of power point presentations, digital images and scans for marketing and/or sales materials as well as clinical education materials related with IOS, iTero, IOC and OrthoCAD.
- Investigation and analysis of Clinical/Software/Hardware-related customer inquiries, complaints and troubleshooting.
- Accurately and thoroughly document information in the company’s database(s) about each contact they handle following defined parameters.
- Ensure timely resolution to customer education needs whether in-bound or out-bound.
- Be alert to trends in requests and issues reported by customers. Research information to answer inquiries from customers and share learnings with departmental peers and management
- Conduct occasional evaluations to our customers
- Follow up on IOS customers after the initial VCT is concluded to evaluate learning curve and if there are any needs of further follow ups with extra educational material
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Bachelor’s degree in dentistry/dental technology or related discipline preferred, or equivalent work experience.
- May have a master’s degree from Dental college or university (dentistry).
- Typically 4+ years of directly related experience
- Experience in a corporate environment is a plus
- Strong oral and written communication skills (presentations and correspondence, influencing skills) as well as MS Office knowledge
- Strong dental knowledge with solid exocad experience
- Efficient at managing competing demands including prioritization, responsiveness and keeping others informed
- Internet and social media savvy
- Skill in establishing priorities, and handling multiple projects simultaneously
- Solid problem-solving ability and ability to manage details
- Dynamic, optimistic, accurate, results oriented, hard-working, creative
- Appropriate sense of urgency
- Fluent in French, English and Arabic
- Full, clean driving license
- Extensive sitting and computer use
- Extended hours may be required to support the Middle East & rest of Africa, hence some flexibility in working shifts may be required
- Significant travel may be required (around 40%)
