Global Process Owner – Sales & Order fulfillment

The Global Process Owner – Sales & Orders fulfillment’ will play an integral role in leading, defining, improving, and transforming lead-to-order (LTO) , Order-to-cash (OTC) and Plan-to-Make (PTM ) processes across the Align-iTero global organization.
In this individual contributor role, you will apply systems and business processes knowledge and engage with key business stakeholders (global and regional) to ensure effective definition, development, and deployment of business processes across multiple users and systems. Leading Initiatives and Epics from ideation to successful adoption of new solutions and processes by the business users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with and manage relations with business stakeholders from Sales Operations, Order Entry, Logistics, fulfillment, warehouse, and other teams to understand their business processes and capture business requirements for improvements and enhancements.
  • Evaluate and analyze existing processes for optimization, scalability, and ease of use. Identify opportunities for process improvements and new concepts that can add value to the business.
  • Define & prioritize a backlog of initiatives and features of the Sales and Operations domain.
  • Lead the requirements and solutions in transformative programs and various projects, including evaluating the impact on processes, redesigning and documenting processes, defining and documenting business requirements, and supporting all phases of the project through design, development, UAT, go-live, and stabilization post-go-live.
  • Own, prioritize & lead the delivery of ongoing process enhancements as per business needs and oversee the assimilation in the users environment.
  • Assess the feasibility of new business initiatives, requests, and needs.
  • Collaborate with other GPOs and solution Architects to develop, define, and refine standard processes as part of larger transformation programs.
  • Develop and deliver training to business users on new processes
  • Effectively communicate projects and processes related information to stakeholders within business teams, IT, and Global Ops teams

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

  • Bachelor’s or higher degree preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Business (or equivalent relevant experience)
  • 5-8 years’ experience in sales, ordering, fulfillment, and logistic business processes directly related role supporting projects with a record of successful implementation.
  • Technical knowledge or understanding in enterprise IT systems - CRM, CPQ, ERP, Order Management systems etc.
  • Experience working with SAP and Salesforce
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, Teams, SharePoint) and with Jira (or other agile supporting tools)
  • Experience within a medical device company is a plus.
  • High proficiency in English: Speaking, writing and presentation capabilities.

  • Ability to work in parallel on multiple projects and initiative
