Clinical Specialist
Your mission is to provide customers the best clinical support This position is mainly responsible for clinical confidence and case growth across Invisalign product portfolio through clinical education and support to customers. The process includes interaction and communication with private-practicing orthodontists and treatment coordinators related to case specific issues, ClinCheck quality and troubleshooting.
You will be responsible for handling inquiries, requests and/or issues from the business for company products/services as well as clinical communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Host & execute speaker & CL-led events
- Handle CL support & education activities with supervision
- Work cross-functionally to execute and coordinate on activation/onboarding of new customers
- Might conduct field visits with customers and co-travels with commercial team
- Moderate supervision and some guidance is given about the nature and extent of the work required, methods to be used, and results expected
- Contribute independently
- Handles difficult customer situations and will take their issues/concerns/complaints to completion
- Provides ideas and suggestions to improve the overall business, improve customer experience and/or specific clinical treatments
- Responsible for providing assistance to the sales organization
- Provides input to research and development to improve existing products/ services and develop new ones
- Collaborates with other departments, such as Manufacturing, Marketing, Education, Sales, Customer Support
- Investigates product safety incidences and report this on CRM system. Also involved in clinical hotline, inbound and outbound calls with customers to provide support and educate customers
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Bachelor’s degree in dentistry, biology, chemistry or related discipline; or combination of education and equivalent work experience required.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or may have a master’s degree from a four-year college or university.
- Minimum of 2 years of directly related experience.
- Communication effectively, being a team worker, and proficient time management skills
- Will be required to travel to deliver educational events as part of structured certification / education programs for customers and visit customers in their offices (deep dive education)
- Strong oral and written communication skills (presentations and correspondence, influencing skills)
- Efficient at managing competing demands including prioritization, responsiveness and keeping others informed
- Internet and social media savvy
- Skill in establishing priorities, and handling multiple projects simultaneously
- Solid problem solving ability and ability to manage details
- Appropriate sense of urgency
