Sr. Financial Analyst
The FP&A team is looking for a dynamic individual to support planning and analysis for the Technology and G&A teams. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is comfortable with presenting to senior management and support decision-making in a growth environment. The individual must be a team-player with a collaborative mindset as well as be passionate about driving change in a dynamic fast-paced environment. The Sr Financial Analyst will perform reporting, planning and analysis to help the company to achieve its business goals.
Role expectations
In this role, you will…
Partner with the Technology, G&A leadership team to actively forecast and manage their financials
Serve as a trusted finance business partner to Technology and G&A leadership, providing strategic insights and guidance to drive financial performance and decision-making.
- Lead the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes, including Monthly Forecasts, Annual Operating Plans, and long-range planning, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
- Deliver high-impact financial reporting, including monthly and quarterly budget variance analysis, with clear narratives and actionable recommendations for senior management.
- Oversee and approve procurement activities, including purchase requisitions in SAP and contract agreements, ensuring compliance and alignment with budgetary goals.
- Champion business process optimization, identifying opportunities for efficiency and implementing best practices across financial operations.
- Develop and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards in collaboration with business owners to monitor and enhance operational effectiveness.
- Lead financial modeling and scenario analysis for new initiatives, investments, and strategic business opportunities, supporting data-driven decision-making.
- Manage cross-functional collaboration with global Finance & Accounting teams to ensure consistency, accuracy, and transparency in financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, including thorough review of expense accounts and execution of balance sheet reconciliations.
- Prepare and review journal entries (JEs) and oversee the integrity of financial statements through rigorous account reconciliation processes.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor of Science in accounting or finance, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of general financial analysis experience
- Possess some basic knowledge of US GAAP
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PPT
- Advanced/Upper-Intermediate English
- Willing to travel up to 10%
