Workforce Planning Analyst
Role expectations
- Develop Strategic design.
- Participate in the update of Workforce management records.
- Deliver regular vigilance of WFM folders.
- Maintain historical information in WFM folders.
- Manage KPIs patterns and raise flags in case of fluctuation.
- Provide analysts with insights regarding mid-term and long-term plans and situations redirection.
- Evaluate current schedules vs current requirements and provide recommendations.
- Deliver preplanning and manage stakeholders' unprogrammed requests.
- Contribute to mid-complexity analysis regarding queue projections.
- Mange Forecasting and Capacity Analysis.
- Analyze and develop statistical templates and retrieve information supporting specific requests.
- Manage WFM SW reports and provide revision of Daily staff adjustments.
- Manage Group Allowances and schedule preferences in WFM SW.
- Follow up on Intraday performance (IDP) reports and provide recommendations.
- To plan, update, and manage the Roster and WFM SW profile creation and the teams' maintenance in WFM SW and attrition updates.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
- Master’s degree with 0-12 months of experience.
- 3 years of directly related experience.
- Advanced English Level.
- Strong communication capabilities, both written and verbal.
- To participate, develop, test, and implement projects with a medium-low level of complexity that require medium to low supervision.
- Proficiency with computers and standard software programs (Excel, Word, outlook, MS Teams).
- Ability to coordinate the design, assembly, analysis, maintenance, and distribution of Key Performance Indicator (KPI) solutions for all stakeholders supported.
- Excel beginner / intermediate Certification.
- Basic agile methodology as Scrum Master certification.
- International certification in Workforce Management.
- Advance Twilio configuration skills.
- Advance Alvaria WFM SW configuration skills.
