Align Internship, Co-Op and New Grad FAQs

At Align Technology, we offer several programs to cultivate and support current and future candidates just beginning their careers across all roles and functions from sales, through marketing, technology and more.

Please refer to this collection of frequently asked questions below to gain a better understanding of Align’s current offerings.

Align Internship Program

We traditionally look for students to be enrolled as full-time, taking on the appropriate course load. This however varies by role, so you may still be eligible if you aren’t currently enrolled full-time. Students from 2-year, 4-year, vocational and other academic institutions are all considered and encouraged to apply.

Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Human Resources, Operations & Technology and Engineering

Align Co-Op Program

You must be enrolled in an accredited Co-Op school. If you do not know whether your college or university supports this type of program, we recommend you reach out to your Career Services Office for support.

Co-Ops are currently being offered across our technology and engineering organizations.

We recommend searching for all open Intern, Co-Op and New Grad roles on Align’s Career Page. Once you complete the application process, which involves submitting your resume/CV and creating a job profile, our Talent Acquisition team will review the resume/CV and reach out should your skills and experience align with our business needs.

Each open role will have specific requirements, so please review the job description in detail before submitting your resume/CV. There are no deadlines in place at this time.

Our Co-Op Program runs in 6-month blocks and have start dates twice a year, approximately January and July.

General Questions

No. We feel that a number does not fully represent an individual’s skills and capabilities, but rather look at professional experience, academic accomplishments, community involvement and overall growth.
