Co-Ops
Co-op education, or co-operative education, is a program where students get the chance to work in an industry related to their field in a long-term setting, usually during a semester. In place of going to class, for a duration of approximately 6- months students work in their field of study to gain meaningful experience. Co-op students have an opportunity to dive deeper into projects and contribute to our teams. At Align we offer Co-ops for technology and engineering students.

It all starts with a smile.

I joined Align's Global Employer Branding team as an intern while I was in grad school. During my internship, I was able to demonstrate my passions for science and visual arts by supporting various projects. I was fortunate to be hired as a full-time employee once I graduated. While I have worked in many prior roles, my current role at Align is a great fit for me.
