Front End Developer (FED)
About this opportunity
We're looking for a Front-End Software Development Engineer (FED) who will be responsible in supporting existing user interface (UI) and user experience (UX), functional. Able to work on create features like buttons, menus, and animations. Ensure that websites display correctly on all devices. Should be able to work with in a team and scrum process.
Role expectations
In this role, you will…
- As a front-end developer at Align, you'll work with our designers and back-end developers to improve our website
- Creating visually appealing and responsive web pages using HTML, CSS, or JavaScript
- Collaborating with UX/UI designers to implement design concepts
- Ensuring cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness
- Optimizing website performance for speed and efficiency
- Debugging and troubleshooting web issues
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
- Ensuring website accessibility for all users
- Implementing and maintaining content management systems
- Collaborating with back-end developers to integrate front-end and back-end systems
What we're looking for
In this role, you’ll need …
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JSP and JavaScript
- Knowledge of responsive web design principles
- Familiarity with front-end frameworks, like React, Angular, or Vue.js
- Experience with version control systems, such as Git
- Understanding of web performance optimization techniques
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Knowledge of web accessibility standards
- Excellent communication skills
- A continuous learning mindset to stay up-to-date with evolving web technologies.
