Associate Director, Clinical Liaison, Relations & Education DACH
Verantwortlich für klinische Ausbildung, Kommunikation und Unterstützung sowohl externer als auch interner Kunden im DACH Raum. Unser Associate Director Clinical Liaison, Relations & Education unterstützt praktizierende Kieferorthopäden und Allgemeinzahnärzte bei der Lösung von fallbezogenen klinischen Problemen im Zusammenhang mit den Invisalign- und iTero-Systemen. Er/sie stellt unvoreingenommene medizinische Informationen über die Produkte des Unternehmens bereit, um das Markenbewusstsein zu erhöhen und die sichere Verwendung der Produkte in der medizinischen Gemeinschaft und bei Kunden zu unterstützen, und überprüft Werbematerialien auf Genauigkeit und Vollständigkeit der medizinischen Informationen.
Dies ist eine hybride Funktion mit Sitz in unserem Büro in Köln. Unter Umständen auch in Remote möglich.

Hauptaufgaben
- Verantwortlich für die Rekrutierung, Personaleinsatzplanung, Schulung und disziplinarische Führung von klinischen Spezialisten in DACH zur Unterstützung des kontinuierlichen klinischen Bedarfs in einem wachstumsstarken Umfeld
- Sicherstellung einer angemessenen Abdeckung und Verfügbarkeit von Ressourcen.
- Überwachung und Implementierung der Terminplanung.
- Leitung eines Teams von Clinical Specialists und Clinical Relations Managern; beteiligt an und überwacht die Strategie für Fachbeziehungen.
- Sicherstellung von Verantwortungen, Lösungsfindung, Backup und Notfallplanung innerhalb des Teams.
- Verantwortung für Teamentwicklung sowie der Rolle des Clinical Specialists mit Hinblick auf die Förderung verbesserter Dienstleistungen und Ausbildung.
- Zusammenarbeit über verschiedene Fachbereiche hinweg mit anderen Funktionsleitern, um Innovationen und Kundenerfahrungen zu fördern und Geschäftsziele basierend auf der regionalen Strategie zu erreichen.
- Zusammenarbeit über Fachbereiche hinweg an der regionalen Strategie und Erstellung entsprechender Pläne der Fachbeziehungsstrategie.
- Ständige Identifikation und Durchführung von Verbesserungsinitiativen durch Menschen, Prozesse und Systeme/Werkzeuge.
- Sicherstellung und Aufrechterhaltung eines angemessenen Wissensstands der Mitarbeiter über Produkte und Prozesse durch Schulung und Entwicklung der Mitarbeiter.
- Aktive Teilnahme am Einstellungsprozess neuer Mitarbeiter, um die Ressourcen der Organisation aufrechtzuerhalten.
Skills Knowledge & Expertise
- Bachelor-Abschluss, vorzugsweise ein Master-Abschluss.
- Mind. 8+ Jahre direkt einschlägige Erfahrung, einschließlich Mitarbeiterführung.
- Mind. 30 % Außendienstzeit, kann je nach geografischen und/oder geschäftlichen Anforderungen angepasst werden.
