Als Implementation Engineer (m/w/d) arbeitest Du bei Cubicure aktiv an hochmodernen 3D-Druckverfahren entlang der gesamten Prozesskette der additiven Fertigung.
Als Teil eines interdisziplinären Teams bringst Du Deine vielseitigen Fähigkeiten ein, um die Fertigungsmöglichkeiten unserer industriellen High-End-3D-Drucksysteme kontinuierlich auszubauen.
Als Implementation Engineer (m/w/d) arbeitest Du bei Cubicure aktiv an hochmodernen 3D-Druckverfahren entlang der gesamten Prozesskette der additiven Fertigung.
Als Teil eines interdisziplinären Teams bringst Du Deine vielseitigen Fähigkeiten ein, um die Fertigungsmöglichkeiten unserer industriellen High-End-3D-Drucksysteme kontinuierlich auszubauen.
Deine Aufgaben als Implementation Engineer (m/w/d) bei Cubicure:
- Verantwortung für die additive Fertigungskette – von der digitalen Vorbereitung über den Druckprozess und die Nachbearbeitung bis hin zur Datenauswertung
- Durchführung von Kalibrierungsroutinen für industrielle SLA- und DLP-Drucksysteme zur Verarbeitung von Polymeren
- Planung und Durchführung umfassender Prozessstudien zur Bewertung der Machbarkeit und Ableitung eines geeigneten Prozessfensters für spezifische Anwendungen
- Zusammenarbeit mit einem internationalen Team von Applikationsingenieuren und Unterstützung der Entwicklungsarbeit durch Reproduktion von Experimenten vor Ort bei Cubicure
- Arbeit mit Prototypen-Systemen der additiven Fertigung
Deine Fähigkeiten und Expertise
- Abgeschlossenes Studium (B.Sc. oder M.Sc.) in den Bereichen Ingenieurwesen, Mechatronik, Physik oder vergleichbar, sowie mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung
- Praxiserfahrung in Laborumgebungen oder auf technischen Arbeitsflächen
- Wissenschaftlich-analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und Belastbarkeit
- Erfahrung im Bereich der additiven Fertigung
- Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie Sicherheitsbewusstsein
- Technisches Verständnis und handwerkliches Geschick
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind erforderlich, um in unserem internationalen Umfeld sicher zu kommunizieren

Für die Position gilt der Kollektivvertrag für Kunststoffverarbeiter, das Mindestgrundgehalt liegt bei 3.757,85€ monatlich Euro brutto.
