Fulfillment Analyst

The Fulfillment Analyst plays a critical role in optimizing and enhancing the operational performance of the Global Fulfillment organization.

The Fulfillment Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying inefficiencies, and providing actionable insights to improve overall performance and reduce costs. Fulfillment Analyst will be leveraging data and advanced analytical tools to inform decision-making and ensure the smooth execution of day-to-day operations.

Key responsibilities include conducting detailed analysis of operational data, identifying key trends and performance metrics, and developing recommendations for process improvements. This role also involves managing large datasets, developing BI reports, and presenting findings to senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives.

We are looking for a candidate with a deep understanding of business operations, strong analytical capabilities, and a proven ability to implement process improvements.

Key Responsibilities


  • Collect and analyze Global Fulfillment data from various business worldwide.
  • Design and maintain detailed reports and BI dashboards to monitor KPIs and Global Fulfillment operational performance.
  • Provide actionable insights based on data trends and performance metrics. 
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Lead to operational projects aimed at improving business performance.
  • Work closely with internal teams to provide ongoing support and guidance on operational improvements.
  • Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and execution.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise


  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Economy, Data Analytics, or a related field 
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in operations analysis, business process improvement, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.).
  • Advanced User highly experience with SAP 
  • Strong ability to analyze large datasets
  • knowledge of process improvement methodologies and project management – advantage
  • Strong presentation and written communication skills (Hebrew & English)
  • Adaptable: able to pivot and adjust to changing business priorities and environments
