Product Manager, Event Management
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
In order to enhance the presence of Align, execute various initiatives and build a great relationship with external stakeholders, and perform other duties as assigned within the Marketing Team.
1) Event Management
1) Event Management
Collaborate work with Marketing team and Sales/NDA team to execute the onsite and online event. Coordinate the needs and schedule for successful execution of event by good understanding of marketing strategy and goal.
2) Communicate to external stakeholders
Communicate and negotiate with various Dental Society/Academia, Study Group and Convention Center etc. Interaction with customers in a timely, patient, tactful and professional manner.
3) Conduct CRM tool, (CMS, HubSpot, SFDC/SFMC)
Responsible for operating and managing digital marketing tool. Aiming for enhanced engagement with existing customers and effective lead nurturing and funnel management for potential customers. Maintain compliance to regulatory and statutory laws of Japan and other relevant overseas laws and statutes.

· Comprehensive management of event from acquisition to evaluation
· Has potential to operate various digital applications including CRM.

· Fast learner (digital application, product, regulation, etc.)
What we're looking for
Education & Experience
· Must have 3 years of marketing experience as practitioner.
· Experienced various size events such as 30 seats local event, national tradeshow etc.
· Comfortable to work in multidisciplinary and multicultural organization
· BA degree is a must, any major
Skill sets
· English ability – mainly written communication skill. (TOEIC 650)
* Preferably verbal English communication skills
· Skillful at producing documents with MS office programs.
· Least knowledge to understand digital marketing. (doesn’t have to be skillful but at least understand terminology)
· Must have CRM experience, operation/knowledge of SFDC is plus.
· Good use of Excel. (doesn’t have to be skillful but at least use pivot)
Nice to have
· Capability of plan to execute marketing campaign for new customer acquisition.
· Knowledge or experience with CMS and Marketing Automation Tool.
