Program Specialist, Business Innovation
This position is ideal for mid-level business optimization professionals to join the Global Business Innovation Team as a Program Specialist. You will be responsible for leading logistical, organizational, operational and implementation initiatives for the Align Financial Services Team. Partnering with our Analytics Team, you’ll be the main POC for the Align Financial Services Team to manage all reporting, analytics, and auditing functions of our financial programs and partnerships. This role will also manage the day-to-day activities for our financial services programs for our Canadian business unit. This role is a vital piece to the success of the Align Financial Services Team.
Role expectations
- Optimize the adoption and implementation of financing programs in Align’s network of customers for effective use in reaching practice and Invisalign goals.
- Building and managing comprehensive program reporting and analytics, working with internal reporting teams as well as creating Power BI reports from various sources.
- Manage program auditing for the patient financing programs and coordinate financial activities between the Accounts Receivable team and lending partners.
- Conduct ad hoc analyses to better understand our business, doctors, and necessary field support, presenting findings to team and leadership for executive visibility .
- Strategic oversight of marketing collaborations and the presence of financial solutions content across channels and regions, including globally.
- Manage the improvement of financing program integrations in collaboration with various other departments within Align.
- Work to support new financing solutions within Business Innovation projects and programs.
- Support international (Americas) financial solutions integrations for new and existing partners such as Canada, LATAM, and more (i.e., EMEA).
- Serve as vendor liaison and point of contact for troubleshooting, resolution, and stakeholder support.
- Oversee vendor project plans and progress towards integration and development.
- Improve operational efficiencies, including the management of PO process and payment processing for the team.
- Responsible for performing other duties as assigned.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or data analytics
- 4-6 years total professional experience
- 4-6 years of vendor relationship and evaluating experience to identify the right partners for the project or company
- 3+ years of project management experience with high visibility projects for leadership initiatives
- Consumer finance experience is preferred
- Analytics experience and the ability to identify key metrics and create the necessary formulas/dashboards and measures in analytical tools such as Power BI
- Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate with audiences at all management levels
- Self-starter with the ability to work individually and in project teams
- Creation and maintenance of relationships with key stakeholders internal and external for streamlined collaboration
- Experience with Power BI, SAP, SQL, JIRA, and Salesforce preferred
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
- High attention to detail and project management skills
Pay Transparency
If provided, base salary or wage rate ranges are the range in which Align reasonably expects to set a candidate’s pay for the posted position. Actual placement depends on the individual skills and experience level of a candidate plus the total compensation and equity across team members. For other locations outside of the primary location, the base salary range will be adjusted geographically.
For Field Sales roles, the salary listed is the base pay only and does not include the applicable incentive compensation plan. A cost of living adjustment may be added to base pay for higher cost areas in the U.S.
Our internship hourly rates are a standard pay determined based on the position and your location, year in school, degree, and experience.
