Clinical Education Specialist (Pipeline Req)

This position is responsible for local clinical education activities in Japan.
  • Plan and execute product/feature releases in Japan providing internal training as well as preparing and implementing external communication to providers in collaboration with APAC Clinical Education & Japan Marketing team
  • Work collaboratively with Japan Marketing team to drive cohesive approach to KOL and doctor engagement, and clinical education in Japan
  • Support APAC Clinical team in executing clinical education pathway and engagement activities for new and existing providers in Japan
  • Contribute from a technical/clinical standpoint, in creation and maintenance of clinical education and clinical marketing collaterals and platforms for customers
  • Support local clinical speakers in content creation and presentation material
  • Identify and develop clinical speakers in Japan to support the business growth

Role expectations

  • Collaborate with APAC Clinical Education & Japan Marketing team to drive KOL and doctor engagement activities in Japan including but not limited to new products, feature improvements, practice marketing and customer experience initiatives
  • Manage and maintain development of content of clinical training and reference materials in Japan for both internal and external training
  • Build clinical & competence knowledge of clinical protocols and customer facing interface to the local marketing team
  • Support Japan Clinical in implementing clinical education pathway to drive confidence and skills of doctors
  • Develop and maintain relationships with speakers, customers and universities
  • Management of backend processes to support effective implementation of educational events
  • Identify potential clinical speakers for both ortho and GP channels and to develop new and existing ones through conducting ongoing speaker training and engagements activities.
 
Additional responsibilities:
  • Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
  • Provide support to audit processes and quality management system as required
  • Perform other duties as assigned.



What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s Degree, or may have a Master’s Degree from a four year college or university
  • Master's degree or a certificate in orthodontics or prosthodontics is an added advantage
  • 4-6 years working experience in healthcare or dental industry, special in clinical education, clinical treatment, project operation.
  • Strong interpersonal skills including communication, collaboration and negotiation capabilities
  • Effective communication, presentation skill and expert in MS Office software and overall computer skills
  • Native in Japanese, Business level in English
