Submitting your application
This is the first step in your journey with Align. After you apply, our recruiting team will review your application to assess how well your skills match the role.
- Stage 2
Recruiter interview
Our Talent Acquisition team will contact you for a brief interview call to discuss your experience, skills, and expectations. This conversation helps us see if we’re the right fit for each other.
- Stage 3
Offer
After completing the process, we’ll present you with an offer letter. Depending on the role and location, a background check may be required. We’ll guide you through the final steps, and once everything is completed, you’ll officially join the Align team. Welcome aboard!
