Supervisor, Quality Control
Responsible for the measurement, monitoring, control and correction, where appropriate, of the Quality that is manufactured in the company's production processes, so that the products are sent to our Clients free of defects. Responsible for shift team of quality inspectors
Role expectations
• Manage product inspection and release activities directly or through inspectors,
• Apply quality criteria,
• Handling of raw material and finished product,
• Ensure compliance with good manufacturing practices (GMP) in all aspects of the Quality audit function,
• Support in the review and solution of problems related to the process,
• Development of Visual Aids,
• Participation in Internal audits (Previous training),
• Make reports of Quality metrics,
• Participate in improvement projects and problem solving,
• Teamwork, must be able to interact well with colleagues,
• Ability to perform in a leadership role and manage people effectively,
• Ability to define and analyze problems, collect information, establish facts and define valid conclusions,
• Follow-up to the Headcount required per shift, according to the demand of Production,
• Monitoring compliance with Safety and Environment standards,
• Compliance and verification of the 5 S's program,
• Ensures compliance with standard Work Audits,
• Support for compliance with the operational results (KPI’s) of the organization,
• Ensures compliance with the training of Quality personnel,
• Scale Non-conformities found in the process that affect the Quality and / or Safety and Environment System.
• Prepares statistical graphics for analysis, interpretation and proposes solutions to problems that affect the quality of the product, processes and delivery to Clients,
• Other responsibilities may be assigned,
Skills, knowledge & expertise
ACADEMIC BACKGROUND
Bachelor/Master degree in engineering/chemistry/quality nice to have.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
• +2 years of Professional career in manufacturing
• Good Knowledge of Standards and Objectives of ISO 13485 nice to have
• Previous / verifiable experience as a Manufacturing Supervisor
• Problem solving techniques (5 why's, PDCA)
• Management of Statistical Tools and Quality Methods
LANGUAGES
Native Polish and basic English language nice to have.
SKILLS /COMPETENCIES
· Practical knowledge of problem solving tools
· Experience in generating and monitoring Corrective and / or Preventive Actions preferably.
· MS-Office (Excel, Word and Power Point) nice to have
· Leadership and organizational skills
· Assertive communication
· Goal achieving focus

WORK ENVIRONMENT DEMANDS
· Those required by the company to meet the requirements of our customers and the capacity of our machinery installed at different times and days without exceeding, the total weekly hours indicated in the Labor Law.
· Four brigade model.
· Extended working hours might be required.
· Duty travel might be required.
