Manager, Clinical Liaison, Relations & Education
The function is responsible for clinical education, communication, and support of both external and internal customers in France. The Manager Clinical Liaison, Relations & Education supports practicing orthodontists and general dentists in the resolution of case specific clinical issues related to the Invisalign and iTero systems. He/she provides unbased medical information about the company’s products to increase brand awareness and support safe product use among the medical community and customers and reviews promotional advertising for accuracy and completeness of medical information.
This role is based in our office in Asnières-sur-Seine.
Role expectations
- Is responsible for recruiting, staffing, training, and discipline of clinical specialists to support on-going clinical support needs in a high growth environment
- Ensure adequate coverage & availability of resources. Supervise & implements scheduling
- Manage a team of clinical specialists and clinical professional relations managers, being involved and overseeing Prof Relations strategy
- Regular co-travel & direct support for filed based team members
- Ensure ownership, action to resolution, back up and contingency within the team
- Propose ideas for team development and the clinical role to promote improved service and education
- Work cross-functionally with other functional managers to drive innovation, customer experience and achieve business targets based on the regional strategy
- Collaborate cross-functionally on the regional strategy and creates functional plans accordingly as well as shares the Prof Relations strategy
- Continuously identify and drive improvement initiatives through people, process & systems/tools
- Obtain & maintain appropriate knowledge level of employees on products and process through employee training & development
- Actively participate with new hire recruitment process as required to maintain organization’s resources
What we're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or may have a master’s degree from a four-year college or university (dentistry).
- Typically has 6+ years of directly related (people management) experience
- Experience within the medical / medtech industry related to relationship management, strategy development, education management
- Min 30% field time. Might be extended based on geography and/or business needs
- Native level French language skills and professional English level
