Sales Administration Specialist(Pipeline Req)
The Sales Administration (SA) Specialist plays a role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the sales team. This position ensures operational efficiency by handling structured administrative tasks, resolving routine inquiries, data analysis, facilitating internal processes, and team building. The SA Specialist works under the guidance of the Sales Administration Manager and contributes to maintaining workflow accuracy and team productivity. The role requires sound attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a service-minded approach to cross-functional collaboration.
Role expectations
Sales Inquiry Management
· Respond to inquiries from the sales team with timely and clear information to minimise disruptions.
· Route questions to appropriate departments, ensuring smooth and efficient communication.
Sales FORMS Application Support
· Support sales representatives in submitting FORMS requests, ensuring completeness and compliance.
· Track application progress and coordinate with internal stakeholders for timely approvals.
Billing and Payment Support
· Follow up on pending or incorrect payments, collaborating with Finance as needed.
· Assist in preparing reminders and reconciling minor billing discrepancies.
Irregular Case Handling
· Prepare required documentation for non-standard sales requests following company guidelines.
· Collaborate with Senior Sales Administration Specialist for escalated cases.
Seminar and Event Logistics Support
· Assist in coordinating logistics for small-scale seminars or regional events.
· Manage registration lists and basic communication with participants.
Sales Reporting Support
· Generate standard sales reports using templates provided.
· Perform basic data checks and escalate any inconsistencies.
What we're looking for
Required Skills and Experience
· 3–5 years of sales administration or related experience.
· Basic experience using Salesforce or CRM systems.
· Solid Excel skills and familiarity with data entry/reporting tools.
· Strong organisational and communication skills.
· Ability to work independently on routine tasks.

· Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
