Bilingual Dentist (La Lima, Cartago & Belen, Heredia)
Key Responsibilities
- Be responsible for providing clinical guidance to external customers.
- Conduct 45-minute meetings with external customers.
- Be responsible for documenting every interaction with the customer.
- Educate the customers on topics related to Invisalign and iTero products/services.
- Provide the customers with cutting-edge products/services that Align offers to Global markets.
- Help the Onboarding Doctors through their Clinical journey within Align’s Digital Platform.
- Develop the following competences: Instill trust, nimble learning and communicate effectively.
Skills Knowledge & Expertise
- Bachelor’s degree in Dentistry.
- To develop at this level for 2-3 years.
- Proficiency in English.
- Digital Dentistry knowledge.
- Scrum Fundamentals Certification.
- Microsoft Office PowerPoint and Word certified knowledge.
- Basic Knowledge in Project Management, Salesforce (SFDC), and Call Management Systems (For instance: Cisco, Harmony, Twilio, etc.).
