iTero Support Technician
The Technical Support Customer Care team is responsible for managing inbound and outbound communications related to iTero systems. This includes new scanner system registration, software installation, hardware and software troubleshooting.
Role expectations
- Handle inbound and outbound contacts regarding iTero systems.
- Register new scanner systems.
- Install software, troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Communicate formally via written and/or phone communication with Align customers.
- Conduct initial diagnostics of iTero scanners (hardware and software).
- Follow up on technical issues from clinical trainers, local ITs, and customers.
- Address shipment-related questions.
What we're looking for
Typically:
- Understanding of CRM (preferably SalesForce.com).
- Knowledge in Customer Service.
- For internal candidates, experience in iTero Costumer Business Support is required
- Computer, internet, and email literacy.
- Basic knowledge of Windows programs.
- General knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office package (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Technical proficiency in hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
