Sr. Clinical Liaison Specialist

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 
  •  Support the clinical team in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual clinical plans and clinical targets. 
  • Responsible for working with customers on basic clinical inquiries eg case assessment, recording taking, clincheck review, troubleshooting problems and aligner issues.
  • Provide continuous support with assigned accounts through phone calls, online booking tools, and field visits. 
  • Conducted clinical training, introduction sessions, clinical check review sessions, troubleshooting, etc. 
·       Moderate upon the assigned clinical event. Coordinate with speakers. Ensure the event runs smoothly.
·       Responsible for arranging training classes in the Training Centre, material and classroom preparation, ensuring audio and other equipment are ready and functioning, etc.
  • Provide clinical training to new staff 
  • Provide all appropriate reporting to Thailand Clinical Support Manager and South Asia Associate Director, Clinical Support including feedback from customers on a weekly and monthly report
  • Work closely with co-colleagues to develop a high-performance team
  • Other projects assigned by the company
 Requirement / Criteria for the Role: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in dental, medical, or pharmacy. Dentist, dental technician and dental hygienist are preferable. 
  • At least 5 years of working experience
  • Good technical knowledge and experience in dental
  • Proficient in English
  • Effective communication and presentation skill
Work Schedule / Hours

  • Working 5 days a week ( Mon-Fri or Tue-Sat). 
Regular business hours. Some outside hours in evenings and weekends and travelling may be required from time to time
