Sr. System Analyst - SAP S4 Hana
We are looking for highly skilled Sr. System Analyst - SAP RAR who will be primarily responsible for Solution designing and End-to-End implementation of Invoice through collection (ITC) processes in SAP S/4 HANA with primary focus on SAP RAR (Revenue Accounting and Reporting) analyst to join our team. Role expectations
- Establish deep understanding of business processes around Invoice to Cash (ITC) area and act as a Subject matter expert in medical device industry.
- Closely working with business stakeholders, global cross functional team to gather various business requirement in ITC area and delivering system solution as per the business requirements
- Lead business requirement gathering workshop, articulate and present complex ideas, deep analysis of the problems in way to be understood by technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Contribute to ideas and solution building for various business challenges using out-of-box and customized solution in SAP RAR (Revenue Accounting and Reporting)
- Strong hands-on experience in designing, configuring and implementation of SAP RAR solution with special focus on BRIM-RAR and SD-RAR integration
- In-depth knowledge of various revenue recognition principles, relevant accounting pronouncement such as ASC 606, IFRS 15 and implication of these principles in SAP system landscape
- Experience with SAP Fiori Application and user interface design principles
- Strong experience in custom development in RAR, transferring custom fields from SD or BRIM to RAR and developing custom solution using custom fulfilment events.
- Experience in utilizing CFL (Custom Field and Logic) functionality in SAP RAR
- Responsible for gathering requirement, analyzing and carrying out fit gap analysis between business requirements and SAP solutions, configuring S/4 HANA, analyzing and preparing data migration plans, developing and executing various system solution testing plan, maintaining and supporting the system solutions.
- Assist in developing functional and technical cross functional solution using user exits, RESTful and SOAP based API interfaces for various SAP component in ITC area, integrating software packages, programs, and reusable objects across multiple application.
- Designing, building and deploying SAP S/4 custom solutions component by creating detail functional specification, End-to-End process flows, testing, migrating and supporting all custom development
- Conduct end-user training sessions and provide production support related SAP ITC areas with special focus on SAP RAR
- Implement best practice on SAP S/4 HANA in ITC area and successfully deliver business transformation through S/4 HANA implementation
What we're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science with Finance, Accounting and Business management (or related field) or equivalent work experience
- Advance degree in technology and/or business/Finance is a plus
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP RAR implementation and support
- At least one full cycle implementation of SAP RAR in a large global organization
- At least 8-10 years of experience in end-to-end implementation of SAP ITC process in SAP (ECC and S/4)
- Minimum 4 years’ experience with S/4 HANA in global multiculture environment
- Central finance experience will be plus
- Expertise in leveraging standard SAP S/4 HANA functionality and achieving desired system benefits while minimizing customization
- Well versed in supporting data analytics and data domain in ITC area
- Extremely hands on system configuration expertise of SAP S/4 HANA
- Proven ability to provide solutioning approach to complex SAP S/4 HANA issues and collaborate with cross functional team, business stakeholders to successfully implement the solution within timeline
- Experience in developing custom Fiori apps in ITC area
- Strong ability to understand long term strategy, vision and goals of the system design and calibrating system solutions inline with the goals
- Strong ability to cope up with fast-paced environment and juggle through multiple priorities and project
