This is the first step in your journey with Align. After you apply, our recruiting team will review your application to assess how well your skills match the role.

Recruiter interview

Our Talent Acquisition team will contact you for a brief interview call to discuss your experience, skills, and expectations. This conversation helps us see if we’re the right fit for each other.
Aşama 3

Interviews & assessments

If selected, you’ll move forward to interviews with hiring managers, team members, or senior leaders. You may also complete practical assessments. The number and type of interviews will vary by role, but we’ll make sure you’re well-informed and prepared for each stage.
Aşama 4

Offer

After completing the process, we’ll present you with an offer letter. Depending on the role and location, a background check may be required. We’ll guide you through the final steps, and once everything is completed, you’ll officially join the Align team. Welcome aboard!
