Submitting your application

This is the first step in your journey with Align. After you apply, our recruiting team will review your application to assess how well your skills match the role.

Group session

In this session, you’ll get a deeper insight into the role and Align's culture, helping you understand what to expect if you become part of our team.

Etapa 3

Interviews & assessments

If selected, you’ll participate in interviews with hiring managers, team members, or senior leadership, and may also complete practical assessments. The number and type of interviews will vary depending on the role, but we’ll make sure you’re informed about each step.

Etapa 4

Offer

After completing all stages, we’ll present you with an offer letter. In some locations, a background check may be required. We’ll guide you through the final steps, and once everything is completed, you’ll officially join the Align team. Welcome aboard!
