Accounts Receivable Cash Team Internship
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated intern to join our Finance Accounts Receivable Department on the Cash team. The intern will be responsible for reviewing and processing account Cash adjustment tickets in Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of requests. Additionally, they will assist in analyzing the root causes of these tickets and contribute to building comprehensive reports to track and monitor trends. This role offers valuable hands-on experience in accounts receivable operations, data analysis, and reporting, providing an excellent foundation for a career in finance.
Key Responsibilities
In this internship, you will…
· Project Support: Assist with research, data collection, and analysis, as well as the creation of reports and execution of SFDC cash adjustment requests.
· Collaboration: Work closely with the Cash team to analyze and resolve SFDC cash adjustment requests.
· Cash Application Assistance: Support the cash application process for regions requiring additional help.
· Communication: Communicate effectively with team members, contractors, and stakeholders in both English and Spanish.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
In this internship, you’ll need …
Typically:
· Advanced college student or recent graduated of Business Administration, Finance, Accounting program at an accredited university.
· Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
· Schedule availability to allocate +24 hours a week on internship project.
· NOTE: Internship could be only performed face to face [no Work from Home enabled for interns]
