Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner - French Speaking

As Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner EMEA you are responsible for hiring strong candidates into a variety of positions like Sales, Marketing, Technology, Clinical, Customer Service, etc. You will partner with managers to anticipate and meet the evolving needs of their departments and to deliver best talent in the organization. 
 
You will be hiring talent for our organization across multiple countries in the EMEA Region.
 
In this position you will be a member of our Talent Acquisition EMEA team which is part of the Global Talent Acquisition organization. You will be a true contributor to the growth of the company and help us to provide the talent that makes this company successful. A very rewarding opportunity!

Role expectations

  • Attract, search and hire talent from around the globe in a multi-site organization. 
  • Develop, implement and execute effective employer branding, search and hiring strategies in collaboration with senior leadership (Directors, VP’s and SVP’s). 
  • Manage and contribute to local, regional and global Talent Acquisition projects. 
  • Manage full cycle hiring process to meet the various hiring goals across all levels within multiple departments. 
  • Work with hiring managers to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria. 
  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders and relationships with third party firms. 
  • Track and report key metrics designed to measure and predict Talent Acquisition activities. 
  • Regular follow up with hiring managers and candidates to ensure timeliness of the hiring process. 

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor/Master degree with + 7 years of relevant working experience.
  • Fluent in Spanish, English and French
  • Any other language is considered a plus.
  • Experience with remote hiring in multiple countries across EMEA. 
  • Excellent stakeholder management and project management skills. 
  • Strong understanding and ability to attract, search and hire in all levels of the organization from entry level to managerial roles. 
  • Clear understanding of full cycle hiring processes (first contact-first working day). 
  • Experience mapping and sourcing candidates from all sources.
