Field Clinical Liaison (Region Konstanz und/ oder Westösterreich)
Als Senior Clinical Specialist (im Außendienst) bist du der erste Ansprechpartner für Kieferorthopäden in deiner Region in der Schweiz und im Süden Deutschlands (Konstanz, Lindau, Ravensburg, Villingen-Schwenningen, Tuttlingen) sowie im westlichen Teil von Österreich. Du bist verantwortlich für die klinische Ausbildung, Kommunikation und Unterstützung sowohl externer als auch interner Kunden.
Deine Mission ist es, den Kunden die bestmögliche klinische Schulung zu bieten und sie dabei zu unterstützen, Experten in der Invisalign-Technik zu werden, um ihr klinisches Vertrauen zu stärken. Du wirst regelmäßig innerhalb des zugewiesenen Gebiets reisen und Ärzte in ihren Praxen besuchen, um ihr Wissen über das Invisalign-System zu vertiefen.
Deine Aufgaben als Senior Clinical Specialist (m/w/d) bei Align
- Schulung & Beratung von Kieferorthopäd:innen und Zahnärzt:innen zum Invisalign-System und zu Aligns digitalen Lösungen (ClinCheck-Software).
- Praxisbesuche & Außendienst (ca. 70 % Reisetätigkeit) in Süddeutschland, der Schweiz und Westösterreich, um klinische Expertise zu vermitteln.
- Planung und Durchführung von Trainings & Study Clubs, um digitale Workflows und moderne Behandlungsmethoden zu fördern.
- Klinische Unterstützung & Analyse von Kundenanfragen, Beschwerden und Vorkommnissen.
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb und Marketing, um die klinische Anwendung der Produkte voranzutreiben.
Deine Fähigkeiten und Expertise
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Zahnmedizin oder Kieferorthopädie oder eine vergleichbare, hochqualifizierte Ausbildung im zahnmedizinischen Bereich
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
- Reisebereitschaft von bis zu 70 % innerhalb der Schweiz und Süddeutschlands
- Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Kundenkontakt, idealerweise im medizinischen oder dentalen Umfeld
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten sowie sicheres Auftreten und Überzeugungskraft
- Hohe Organisation- und Priorisierungsfähigkeit, effizientes Zeitmanagement und proaktive Informationsweitergabe
- Führerschein Klasse B
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und idealerweise Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit digitalen Tools
