Student Assistant Nordics
We are looking for an Student Assistant in our Copenhagen office. As a student assistant you will work closely with the Nordic Management team and support departments as Marketing, Sales and report directly to the General Manager Nordics.
The position is part time with 15 hours a week.
In the role you will be the go to person for team members seeking guidance on sales contracts / admin related requests. You manage these requests independaly toward all the employees across the Nordics.
We are looking for a person who is flexible, enjoys a fast paced, ever-changing business, can manage multiple demands and priorities.
Role expectations
General Administration
- Overall administrative support of the commercial sales and marketing teams in the Nordics out of the Copenhagen office
- Edits and reviews, proofreads and manages documents, spreadsheets and presentations (proficiency with MS Excel and PowerPoint)
- Gather and analyze business data using internal business tools.
- Perform other small projects and duties as required
- Follow up with right stakeholders to finalize contracts
- Product coordination of marketing deployment
- Event support
Office / Facilities support
- Ensure that meeting rooms are ready for use, i.e. fully equipped, catering when needed
- Distribution and handling of incoming post and deliveries; taking care of outgoing mail and packages
- For larger meetings, support event coordination and practical task regarding these
- Help supporting a nice and clean office environment and ad. hoc tasks.
Support The Nordic Management in the Nordics
- Working with stakeholders across the business to deliver projects and events
What we're looking for
- Studying on your bachelor degree preferred with 1+ years of directly related experience, preferably gained in an international environment
- Fluent English and additional Nordic language
- Computer skills and knowledge of office software packages (MS Office)
- Have the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and speak up.
- You have a sense for details and can administrate different tasks
