Key Responsibilities

PRIMARY ONWERSHIP
- Lead the Brand and Influencer Marketing agenda for Japan
- Key agency to engage with: Publicis creative and media
- Manage market complexity on language, claims, MAP and legal + RA

Manage CRM through Line app for Japan

MARKET CHAMPIONSHIP
- Japan

Understand the local consumer insights and micro trends, festivities and moments to connect

CENTRES OF EXCELLENCE
- Asset Adaptation and localization
- MAP and legal review

TEAM COLLABORATION
- Work closely with the Brand Manager, Invisalign Adults
- Work closely with the Brand Manager, Influencer First

Work closely with the Brand Enablers team (Media, IT and CRM)

SOFT SKILLS NEEDED
- Ability to deal with a matrix leadership and ensuring market stakeholders are managed well – including Professional marketing counterparts
- Ability to deal with VUCA (volatile uncertain complex and ambiguous) settings as many streams will feature this

Ability to operate at speed and lead independently, yet be able to pivot and evolve as needed by the leadership

Skills Knowledge & Expertise
QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED
- Bachelor’s degree, MBA is an added value
- High proficiency in English and Japanese and excellent communication skills
- Good interpersonal, problem solving, organizational and prioritization skills
- Self-motivation, able to work independently
- Team player
- Exceptional EQ and IQ
- 4-6 years of working experience
- Experience in brand management
- Writing creative briefs, assessing creative output
- Media landscape understanding
- Analytical skills to assess ROI and impact of campaigns
- Good understanding of social media ads an digital marketing metrics
- Consumer goods background valued highly
