Inside Sales Account Representative (m/w/d)
Wir suchen einen Inside Sales Account Representative (m/w/d). In dieser Rolle geht es darum, gemeinsam mit dem Vertriebsteam neue und bestehende Kundenkontakte zu identifizieren und weiterzuentwickeln. Ziel ist es, die Hot Lithography-Investitionsgüter von Cubicure weltweit zu vermarkten. Dabei fungiert die Position als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen dem Außendienst und den lokalen Teams.
Zu den Hauptaufgaben gehören die Generierung neuer Leads und deren Qualifizierung über Telefon, E-Mail und Präsentationen vor Ort. Zudem umfasst die Position die Weiterverfolgung von Projekten, die Verwaltung von CRM-Daten, die Umwandlung von Leads in Verkäufe nach dem Angebotsprozess sowie die Sammlung und Analyse von Marktdaten.
Deine Aufgaben als Inside Sales Account Representative (m/w/d) bei Cubicure:
- CRM-Management & Angebotsabwicklung: Bearbeitung eingehender CRM-Anfragen, Erstellung von Angeboten und Auftragsbestätigungen
- Geschäftsentwicklung & Markterschließung: Identifizierung neuer Märkte, Anwendungen und Geschäftsmöglichkeiten
- Lead-Generierung & Akquise: Recherche, Ansprache und Entwicklung neuer Interessenten in den zugewiesenen Branchen und Regionen
- Nachverfolgung & Vertrieb: Konvertierung von Leads aus Kaltakquise, Veranstaltungen, Kampagnen und dem Außendienst in Verkäufe
- Marktanalyse & Strategie: Sammlung und Analyse von Marktdaten zur Unterstützung von Vertriebsstrategien und fundierter Entscheidungsfindung
- Reisetätigkeit: Teilnahme an Außendienstterminen zur gezielten Lead-Konvertierung (ca. 10 % Reiseanteil)
- Produkt- & Softwarekenntnisse: Kontinuierliche Weiterbildung in Bezug auf Maschinen, Software und Produktinnovationen
Deine Fähigkeiten und Expertise
- Abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Vertriebserfahrung im industriellen Umfeld oder mit Investitionsgütern (z. B. Telefonakquise, Face-to-Face-Vertrieb) von Vorteil
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse; weitere europäische Sprachen sind ein Plus
- Starkes Zeitmanagement und ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit
- Erfahrung in der Umsetzung strategischer Verkaufspläne und nachweisbare Erfolge im Vertrieb
- Hervorragende mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
