Production Integration Engineer
In this role, you will…
- Design and implement system integration strategies for combining diverse hardware and software components into a cohesive product.
- Define jigs, tools and fixtures to allow repetitive and robust manufacturing with mass production orientation.
- Troubleshoot multidiscipline issues related to our systems, ensuring timely and effective solutions, analyze and monitor the output data.
- Lead investigations and find solutions to improve manufacturing yield and product quality.
- Leading Engineering modifications in the testers and in the process, while understanding the implications in Logistic, Testing and Production.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to master the tester and product requirements, specifications and functionality.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize integration challenges.
- Document procedures, configurations and BOMs.
- Code and run test scripts (mainly in Python and Labview).
In this role, you’ll need …
- B.Sc. degree (Biomedical Advantage)
- knowledge and involvement in all disciplines (Electronics, Mechanics, and Optics)
- High technical abilities, understanding and debug mechanical\SW\Electrical aspects.
- Hands-on approach, and attendance in production line.
- Minimum of 2 years as a Mechanical/SW/Electronics/Electro-optical/Integration engineer.
- Data analysis capabilities
- Python scripts writing experience.
- experience in analyzing test results using Excel/Python/Matlab.
- Experienced testing\V&V engineer - advantage.
- High skills in Hebrew and English, speaking and writing.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to communicate effectively and clearly present technical approaches and findings.
