Senior Product Manager, Business Innovations EMEA
As a Senior Product Manager EMEA, you will be responsible for initiating and driving integrated go-to-market launches, for the orthodontics and general practitioners’ businesses in the EMEA region. Key responsibilities include managing the Doctor Subscription Program and associated products, Vivera retainers, new product and innovation launches, and driving marketing initiatives that strengthen our product utilization for our customers, in line with our value proposition.
A successful candidate in this role will have a strong passion for the product, be a strategic thinker for the portfolio to enable sustainable growth, be able to think commercially, base strategies and plans from customer insights and needs, and have an excellent ability to communicate and partner with key stakeholders across the globe and region.
The Senior Product Manager EMEA will report into the Sr Director, Marketing Portfolio EMEA and will be based in the Align Spain Headquarters, located in Madrid, Spain.
Role expectations
- Be the champion and expert for your product line and business models to inspire orthodontists and general practitioners to further adopt the Invisalign System
- Develop and maintain domain expertise that enables effective marketing of the product portfolio in the context of orthodontics
- Develop and implement product strategy to meet business and revenue goals, including product positioning, value proposition development, product training, pricing, KOLs and not limited to
- Develop market data and analytics to fuel the go-to-market planning and develop compelling insights for the teams and the externally facing product materials
- Responsible for developing/executing scalable pilot initiatives and limited market releases for new products/innovations
- Create relevant marketing materials to support product launches, including assets for the sales and support organizations
- Partner closely with the Global team as product champion for the region – for development and introduction of new innovations and product innovation pipeline, market and customer insights, managing product ideas pipeline to product launch excellence in the region
- Collaborate and work cross-functionally with the brand, marketing communications, clinical education, commercial and other relevant regional marketing teams
- Develop and maintain relationships with speakers, customers and universities, in collaboration with the education and professional relations teams
- Track overall results including identification and monitoring of key metrics and other data sources that gauge the health and growth of the business, and future business trends
- Proactively drive clinical case studies, clinical presentations, publications and dissemination of new clinical research (in partnership with the clinical education team)
- Continuously develop product management processes and tools, including interfaces to other key functions
- Initiating creation of external and internal product training and programs.
- Lead product presence at relevant internal and external meetings
What we're looking for
- Bachelor degree or above, preferably in a marketing or business related field
- 7+ years of proven work experience in Product Management/Product Marketing ideally at regional EMEA level
- Experience within the healthcare, pharmaceutical or medical device industry desired
- Fluency in English
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time and competing priorities
- Strong analytical skills including comfort with data
- Strong ability to seamlessly work cross-functionally to achieve and deliver results
- A passion for the product and continuous improvement mindset
- Excellent project management skills
- Availability to travel up to 30% the time
