This is the first step in your journey with Align. After you apply, our recruiting team will review your application to assess how well your skills match the role.

Discover Align
This stage is composed of a group session, which provides a deeper understanding of the role, the team, and Align’s culture, helping you envision what it’s like to be part of our team. It’s also an opportunity to ask questions and learn more about what to expect in the role.
In some locations, this stage may include a conversation with a member of our Talent Acquisition team, which may be followed by an interview with the Hiring Manager, focusing on role-specific expectations and qualifications.

Offer
After completing all stages, we’ll present you with an offer letter. In some locations, a background check may be required. We’ll guide you through the final steps, and once everything is completed, you’ll officially join the Align team. Welcome aboard!
