About this opportunity 
The Performance Effectiveness Manager is responsible for optimizing business and sales performance by developing, implementing, and refining performance measurement frameworks. This role involves analyzing key metrics, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance productivity, effectiveness, and overall business outcomes.

Role expectations

In this role, you will… 
As a Business Effectiveness Manager, you will
1. Performance Measurement & Optimization
  • Develop and implement performance metrics, KPIs, and dashboards to track business and sales effectiveness.
  • Analyze productivity, revenue, and operational efficiency data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Conduct benchmarking to enhance performance strategies.
2. Process Improvement & Strategy
  • Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in business operations and propose data-driven solutions.
  • Work closely with sales, finance, and local sales effectiveness teams to enhance effectiveness and productivity.
  • Lead continuous improvement projects to optimize workflows and maximize efficiency.
  • Communicate to markets about the opportunities and gaps and improvements
3. Sales & Incentive Effectiveness
  • Evaluate and refine incentive programs to align with business goals, achievements and motivate sales teams.
  • Develop "What-If" scenario models for sales teams to forecast potential earnings and target achievements.
  • Ensure transparency and visibility in sales performance data and payout calculations.
4. AI & Digital Transformation Initiatives
  • Leverage AI, automation, and analytics tools to enhance performance tracking and reporting.
  • Partner with global AI teams to implement AI-driven recommendations for performance improvement.
  • Contribute to machine learning developments and insights-driven decision-making.
  • Support the digitalization of performance management systems

What we're looking for

In this role, you’ll need … 
 
Qualifications & Competencies
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, related field, or equivalent experience required.
  • Experience: 8+ years in performance management, sales effectiveness or business operations.
  • Analytical Competencies: Strong ability to analyze KPIs, sales data and performance trends.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with CRM systems (eg. Salesforce.com), analytical tools, PWBI, and AI-driven platforms.
  • Communication: Strong ability to present insights and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels. 
  • Collaboration: Experience working with cross-functional teams (sales, finance, sales effectiveness, local teams)  
  • Languages: Excellent command of spoken and written English and business Mandarin is preferred.
  • Continuous Improvement Mindset: Ability to adapt to changing environments with an entrepreneurial outlook, ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial.
