The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) will join the FP&A cost management team and report directly to the Sr. FP&A Manager. 
This position will serve as a key member of the iTero Finance team and play a key role in supporting the cost and inventory analysis to support rapid growth. 
This is an exciting opportunity for financial professionals that have a proven record of success and are looking for growth in a high technology environment. You will be interacting with engineering, product, Supply Chain, business development, accounting, and finance for capital budgeting needs and provide cost and inventory analysis for all levels of management.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will… 
  • Perform as the finance business partner for Operation teams, liaise with Procurement, Supply Chain and Production teams to drive cost reductions initiatives, 
  • Run the monthly cost and inventory forecasts and ensure all targets are met 
  • Prepare the quarter end memos to Corporate  
  • Assist in preparation of monthly and quarterly business review, standardized reports for the leadership and product teams, resulting in better transparency and accountability of operating costs and inventory analysis 
  • Ensure that there is accurate recording of expenditure in the appropriate journals and ledgers
  • Calculate cost accruals and drive cost allocations across various project for accounting to facilitate month end close with supporting documentation
  • Prepare estimates of costs for unique products in order to establish prices of products and to forecast production
  • Support in preparation of company’s Long-Range Strategic planning models
  • Explore data to come up with meaningful insights
  • Work in a fast-paced, dynamic team working environment
  • Build strong relationship with global teams

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

In this role, you’ll need … 
  • Graduate degree in finance, accounting, or another business-related field
  • 4+ years of relevant work experience in prior finance roles
  • Experience from company that manages inventory and Costing 
  • Experience with SAP Financials or other large database driven financial reporting systems – Advantage 
  • Strong financial planning experience required 
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and communicate with peers, subordinates, and executive management.
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment
