Team Leader, IT Operations

In this role, you will serve as the IT Operations Team Leader for the iTero Business Unit, with full managerial responsibility for a multidisciplinary team of System, Development, Quilty assurance and support for Operation Enterprise systems such as MES. You will lead the strategic planning and execution of global initiatives such as the deployment of the jigs infrastructure and the expansion of the Manufacturing Execution System (MES), ensuring alignment with business goals and operational excellence.


As a leader, you will be accountable for setting clear objectives, defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensuring that project milestones and deadlines are consistently met. You will foster a high-performance culture through effective people management, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration. Your leadership will ensure that the production infrastructure remains robust, scalable, and compliant with company policies, enabling seamless support for global operations and other business units in iTero.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direction and execution oversight for a multidisciplinary team, cultivating a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Lead the global deployment and lifecycle management of operations infrastructure, ensuring it scales with business needs and supports long-term growth.
  • Govern the expansion and optimization of the Manufacturing Execution System (MES), ensuring it delivers measurable value to global manufacturing operations.
  • Ensure infrastructure and systems are secure, resilient, and aligned with both internal policies and external compliance standards.
  • Oversee the evolution of development and production environments to meet the demands of complex, mission-critical systems.
  • Act as the managerial escalation point for production issues, ensuring rapid resolution and transparent stakeholder communication.
  • Collaborate with the Information Security team to proactively manage risks and enforce cybersecurity protocols.
  • Provide managerial oversight for the support and maintenance of manufacturing infrastructure, ensuring service-level objectives and operational KPIs are consistently achieved.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

  • Proven leadership experience, with at least 2+ years managing direct reports or leading cross-functional teams in a high-performance, results-oriented environment.
  • Familiarity with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), preferably Rockwell, and experience working within Agile delivery frameworks.Strong understanding of enterprise IT operations and cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure), with the ability to guide teams in implementing scalable, secure, and compliant solutions.
  • Experience overseeing the delivery of infrastructure and systems that support production environments, including deployment processes and operational readiness.
  • Ability to lead teams through complex problem-solving, balancing technical depth with business impact and execution discipline.
  • Skilled in cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and driving alignment across technical and operational teams.
  • High proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive, team-first mindset with a focus on continuous improvement, accountability, and shared success.
  • Composure and clarity in high-pressure, deadline-driven environments, with a strong commitment to delivering measurable outcomes.
