Sr Talent Acquisition Partner (Tech Recruiter)
The Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner will have specific expertise attracting, engaging and hiring highly sought-after technical, commercial, and corporate talent across various business units. This role will be a key hiring resource for Align in the EMEA region and will be based in Yerevan, Armenia. This role will be part of the Align Technology goal to deliver our clear aligners (Invisalign®) and 3D inter-oral scanners (iTero®) to our customers
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring leaders across the business, with a major focus in our IT and R&D teams to learn the current and future hiring needs, the cultures, and the characteristics required for hiring successful candidates in the region
- Have end-to-end technical and corporate recruiting responsibility, using technology and tools to actively source across the region for top talent
- Be responsible for facilitating the hiring process as well as the candidate and hiring manager experience, maintaining a close and collaborative relationship with your business partners, hiring managers, and candidates
- Routinely manage 15+ open requisitions and actively monitor all candidates' progress throughout the recruiting, interviewing, and hiring process
- Design and implement unique recruiting strategies to generate robust pipelines of talent for several unique skill-sets in IT and R&D
- Identify and thoroughly screen to qualify candidates, review profiles with hiring leaders, and prepare effective virtual interviews for hiring teams
- Provide expertise on talent availability, trends, and market intelligence for IT and R&D talent
- Leverage internal recruiting resources, social media support, employee referrals, internal candidates, to generate pipelines for your open reqs
- Proactively partner with Compensation and HR when candidate needs require subject matter expertise
- Facilitate the debrief, offer, and onboarding process for each new hire along with the support from our TA Coordinator
- Setup your TA Coordinator for success with consistent, reliable execution of your hiring processes and sharing clear and accurate information regarding your candidates and new hires
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Minimum 6 years of experience handling Talent Acquisition responsibilities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring in a corporate or staffing agency environment, ideally focused on technical skill sets
- Effective written and verbal communication skills (phone, video, email, and virtual chat)
- To be resourceful and comfortable handling ambiguity when business plans change quickly
- To be responsive and operate with a high sense of urgency in daily activities
- To be a Team Player; we hire TA Partners that care as much about the team result as their own individual results
- Experience operating within tech stack including ATS, HRIS, and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong analytical skills utilizing BI tools in order to make data driven decisions
